Closing Out 2024 and Preparing for a Strong 2025
As we approach the close of 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our collective efforts and set our sights on gaining momentum in 2025. It's been a while since our last newsletter, and I’m excited to reconnect and share updates. This year has brought challenges, particularly with the current housing mortgage environment. The rising cost of money and lack of affordable housing have made it increasingly difficult to assist families in achieving homeownership. Additionally, the cost of providing online homebuyer education has increased significantly, with cyber insurance costs tripling over the past few years.
Closing Out 2024 and Preparing for a Strong 2025
Dear eHome America Network,
As we approach the close of 2024, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our collective efforts and set our sights on gaining momentum in 2025.
In response, we will be making our first adjustment to the eHome America administrative fee in nearly seven years, starting in 2025. We’ll be sending out a communication to each of you in the coming weeks on this change and the adjustment to your pricing.
Looking ahead, we’re excited to announce the development and launch of a new mobile app, designed to give customers easy access to eHome America from their mobile devices. This innovation ensures learners can engage with our content at the time and place most convenient for them, enhancing accessibility and flexibility.
To introduce this new tool, we will host a webinar offering an overview for our partners. Stay tuned for more details—we’d love for you to join us as we showcase how this app can support your work.
In closing, we remain steadfast in our mission to educate as many first-time homebuyers as possible and provide tools that build industry capacity and sustainability. Together, we’ve generated approximately $42 million in revenue for our partners and educated over 800,000 first-time homebuyers over the past 10 years. These achievements are a testament to the incredible work we’ve accomplished as a network.
Thank you for your dedication and partnership. I look forward to what we can achieve together in 2025 and beyond.
Warm regards,
Milt Sharp
President, National Administrator
